Night Wings of Anasinia!

As I'm getting ready for Apocalypse game at the Game Summit this weekend. I started working on my night wings Here are some recent pics of the night wings painted in my Anasinian Eldar colours.

The Replacements

In my original list of units to repaint were my swooping hawks but I didn't have as much luck as I thought I would with them. It could be my play style or just the fact I wasn't aggressive enough with them. So what I've done is in my 1500 point list was replacing the swooping hawks with fire dragons and placing them in the wave serpent for the striking scorpions.

I'm going to try the list out tonight so we'll see how it goes. Look for a battle report in the near future.

Eldar Vs Imperial Guard Penal Legion 1500 pts

This is a quick battle report for a tournament a little while ago. It's the first time I've been able to take out all the enemy units. I think it was mostly because of oddly enough good roles on my part and just bad rolls for my opponent.

First try at Table Worthy Terrain

Hey all, here is my first try at terrain with a common theme. Maybe now I won't cringe when taking pics haha. It's much better then random pieces of foam and plastic. I wanted to share them with all of you. It's made up of xmas decorations picked up for $1.99 in the off season section of department stores, barker tile samples, sand and extra paint I found when I bought my house. So this little project only cost me about $20 or so. I'm making this for a future table I want to make. I've been given some great ideas with adding some extra colours, static grass and flock. If any of you hvae some ideas on making this a little better pls let me know.

Fox On - Pegasus Hobbies Crater Set

When I was in North Bay this weekend I picked up this Pegasus Hobbies Crater Set (5 craters) for only $24.00. I'm very happy with the quality and the fact that this set is cheaper then GW's and its painted.

1500 points of Eldar + 1 Month = Tournament Read Army

Here is a video of the progress I did over a month of painting. Again I have been mentioning I was working a lot during this time bit it really impacted the amount of painting I was able to do. I didn't really mention this but I really should, it took me a good year to finally decide on this simple colour scheme :D

Hey all,

So here is what I took to the tournament in North Bay. I'm almost done painting everything. After all the painting I've been doing over the past few months and with how crazy works been I'm taking a nice long break from it. I hope to start again in a few weeks. I'll be starting with dire avengers and my fire dragons but I may want to get some more dragons, I only have 6. We'll see :)

I'll be posting a video with the results of the tournament.. Wow I did poorly but I had a blast. I lost 3 games and won 1, but I did something I've never done before, I tabled an IG player :D
